New York Dry Ice

As part of their "Information For A Healthy New York" program, the New York State Department of Health has issued a two-page brochure "What Is Dry Ice?". The New York brochure includes information about how New Yorkers can preserve food with dry ice in both refrigerators and freezers. Dry ice safety information is also provided as part of the New York Department of Health "Health and Safety In The Home" series.
