Continental Carbonic and Phoenix Unlimited Reach Distribution Agreement

Continental Carbonic Products Inc. has reached an agreement to distribute Phoenix Unlimited’s pneumatic dry ice blasting equipment and accessories in the United States and Ontario, Canada. The agreement allows Continental Carbonic to expand its blasting equipment product offering and further enhance its goal of being an industry leader in dry ice blasting solutions.

Continental Carbonic Products, Inc., founded in 1976, specializes in the manufacture and distribution of dry ice (solid carbon dioxide) and liquid carbon dioxide. Along with sales and rentals of dry ice blasting equipment, Continental Carbonic services customers throughout the eastern two-thirds of the United States in a variety of industries that use dry ice, including food processing, meat and poultry packing, wholesale food distribution, in-flight catering, laboratory and research, mail order/gift food packaging, industrial blast cleaning, metal shrink fitting, pharmaceutical distribution, temperature control and blood and plasma services.

Continental Carbonic maintains a reliable network of 34 dry ice distribution facilities located strategically throughout its service area. This integrated dry ice distribution network ensures that it can quickly react to its customers' dry ice needs.

Dry ice blasting machines utilize dry ice pellets and high pressure air as an alternative cleaning resource to traditional methods. The benefits of dry ice blasting include reducing cleaning time and eliminating all secondary waste streams that exist with traditional cleaning methods and blast media.
